with the image intensifier eyepieces the fuji unit has to be switched on but is just like normal binocs with daytime eyepieces , same with canon and i would have thought all stabiliser binos would be just like normal binos without batteries , never heard otherwise , will have to find info on that

i have a set of fuji 10x40 stabilised and they also have nv eyepieces - you can hold 10x bino's quite well but stabilised is just so much nicer - you just notice loads of stuff you missed without . i also have some 18x50 canon - they are great , i would reccomend those or the 15x50 should be good to...

i dont know if anyone cares but when i read that a school was forced to take down the union flag i found this petition and signed it , i hope many more do too.

you might get away with a 10160 tube with a sleeve in as these are more readily availiable

if its like the one in the pic then someone might turn you one on a lathe quite easy
