Re: PULSAR HELION XP50

You can't seem to find any info about the updates from Pulsar anywhere.

Both mine are on 02.02.011.F

Re: T67 flashes under recoil

I had this exact problem with mine, Clive fitted it with a longer stronger spring and it has been fine ever since.

Re: New firmware for pulsar

My app says both my units have the latest software but they haven't been updated for ages. How do you get notifications about the updates and where are you getting the info about the sound etc?? If my Helion never gets any sound because there is no mic I will be well pissed off, it said on the Pulsa...

Re: Black sun ruby

If you tighten the beam right up on the Dragonfly you can see for a really long way with a Drone Pro, way over 500 yards but I would say the usable distance of a 50mm Ruby would be in the region of 400-500 yards which is, as I said before is about the same as my T67 BS2. All this is IMO and everybod...

Re: WT1-50 3 feedback?

Personally if you don't want the distance that a 75mm lens offers I would go for a Pulsar Trail XQ50, hasn't got the legs of WT75-3 but has got it beaten in every other department and it's a grand cheaper.

I have compared a WT75-3 and an XQ50 back to back and that would be my verdict.

Not in the same league as a Dragonfly, not even close.

Cleaner beam, less likely to fry your eyes, yes but less viewing distance.

Re: Black sun ruby

I have a 50mm BS Ruby and it has about the same viewing distance as my T67 BS2 in a smaller lighter package but it is a LOT more visible, shot a fox with it last night and it didn't even notice but the verdict for me is still out as too weather it is too visible or not.

Re: Drone Pro image

Thanks Anthony for your time last night, great video  ! I forgot to ask what recorder are you using as it was a very neat unit? I spoke to Mark this morning and dropped him an e-mail and he is sending me a returns note, He was not aware that you had got a new drone 8-) Looking forward to g...
