Yes, tie em on the inside..or on the outside like in pic

in fact you may not need the AGND wire at all (dont know what it does)..easier to just not hook up or cut than solder

On the top picture, you can see the top right ribbon cable goes to the far left of the 3 black pads on the led screen light. The next break down on the cable goes to the middle black pad on led The 3rd break, goes to the far right. The bottom one..the thick one (Ground?..does not matter) goes to all...
