Re: graphene in DIY thermal units?

Very interesting read, well spotted. Will be interesting g to see how this develops, but thinking about how robust and protective of the 'vital veil' the device will need to be for practical use, and then the inevitable timescale of turning the research into a practical useable device, it may well b...

Re: Scope for Addonight

It doesn't seem to be illuminated, but the new Sightron S-Tac 4-20×50 MOA SF Seems to otherwise be a possible contender, though until someone tries it (I read they may have new coatings on the lenses, but can't confirm if they are any different from those on the bigger S-Tac); seems to fit the bill ...

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

I know it's not a 75mm, but the 12 micron BAE core Trijicon IR Hunter III with a 60mm lens doesn't seem to be a bad 'un? I know the yanks won't be letting us play with it owing to ITAR, but surely it's just a matter of time before Pulsar or some other player with an inway to Europe decides to compet...

Re: Video showing thermal performance

Okay it'll not likely become available in Europe, but here's the boson 12 micron core married to a bigger lens:

If Ulis new 12 micron core is same spec, then it looks like they may well be a-coming!

Re: WT1 75-3

Look for something similar to the Innomount systems? German engineering at its best (er, you do realise they're going to need our money very much sooner than anticipated, following on from the Italian election results?). These go direct from a number of weapon design 'dovetail/bases' and direct to t...
