Dave, I don't know what those QD swivels are called but, I think they are supplied with SAKO rifles - at least that's where some of mine came from, I believe. These push pin swivels are, in my opinion, the best and safest and will not become detached accidentally. I have them on all my straps. IIRC ...

Ant Supplies seem to have lots of rails/adapters/weaver/picatinny mounts etc.
