Re: thermal usage

The Pulsar Trail is very easy to use with its proud buttons if you want to UP/Down contrast and brightness, depending on weather conditions, and even easier if you velcro the remote to forend beside where your fingers are normally placed.

If it has a silencer take it off and try it without. If it comes slightly loose it will easily catch.
Tried all that and the scope on another rifle.

BSA Ultra

Just gonna start ratting again now and went out this afternoon to check zero and found its all over the place. Firing cycle sounds/feels fine, no leaks from the probe seal, and all scope mounts tight. So wandering if it might need to be serviced somewhere. Any suggestions or should it go to BSA ?

Lighter than a Drone then there about 1.3kg
This may want checking them because I think it feels heavier than the drone
Agreed, but that is from memory as I don`t have a DP anymore and no access to one.

What does the unit+LRF weigh? got any pics of it mounted?
You will have to ask Clive about the weight cos I am not taking it off now to weigh it, but is very robust and a fair old lump. I may be able to sort some pics out for you if pm me your email address.

Re: Clives digiceptor

Used the Digiceptor again last night. Wide FOV paid dividends on one that I squeaked in to 43m to get it out of long grass, then one at approx 3am when a thin mist rolled in, 187m with the SRX wound back a bit off flood that seemed to dispel the mist. Well impressed.

Re: reflected IR

The torch is mounted over a sidewinder with shroud and sits back about 3inches from the end of the s...
