Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

Thought I’d email pulsar direct but this was their reply...I thought it would be from them but thought it worth a try

“Sorry to inform you we do not offer swapping lenses in thermal sights:

it cannot be done either at the factory or by client.”

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

Now that is worth looking into. Thank you Bruce. Out tonight felt the xq was slightly behind the xd75 for mag. Quite impressed with the scope. Shot two but both only around 100yrds. Range finder is brilliant but if I could stick the 75mm on without duct tape that would make it a brilliant scope for ...

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

Back to the lens’s, the front end of an xd75 and the lrf xq50 look exactly the same. Forgetting the xp swap is there any way the lens just unscrews from an xd75 and lrf xq50 swap?

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

Ended up buying an lrf xq50 instead. Love it. XD75 is now a spotter  Trouble was the QR mount for the pulsar was fouling my bolt so I just bolted it on with the original mount but the strange thing was when I went to zero the scope I didn’t need to adjust windage or elevation :o ...anyone else ...

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

I didn’t think it would be a screw on kind of thing I was more wondering about whether these printer things could maybe fabricate a lens housing or something to make it fit. I thought it would be a no go but just thought...I wonder  ..cheers for the reply though Bruce

Re: Pulsar trail Xq38

Bruce, what would be the possibility or how difficult would it be to fit the front end of my xd75 to an xp50? Could it be done? I know Clive’s scope is the one but I like the pip on pulsar and shoot on it 99% of the time. Haven’t use my gen3 scope or add on in years but if I could get the clarity of...

Re: Reme 700 floorplate

All fitted and the bolt seems to cycle the rounds smoother than before so I’m really pleased. Haven’t tested it in the field yet but looks as if it will do the job nicely. Handy having the extra round space too.
Thank you all for pointing me in this direction

Re: Reme 700 floorplate

Thanks for that....I can be known to be heavy handed....if I can’t fix it with a sledge or chainsaw... :silent:   That looks half decent, only thing I can see might be a problem is as I shoot off a shooting bag on times I wondered could it possibly push on the mag release?? Not really a b...
