<t>Hi folks<br/>
currently happily controlling rabbits on the farm using a cz 452 .22lr with a 6 x 50 yukon.<br/>
<br/>
On here to keep an eye on developments particularly if some clever soul should come up with an add on that works with fixed power scopes so I can turn my deer rifle into a foxing rifle when out and about and we go beyond deer o'clock.</t>

Pretty much any add-on will work with a fixed power scope - the problem is that not many (if any) fixed power scopes have the focus adjustment needed to get a sharp image when using IR.
At low magnification, the focus problem is not a major issue and I think the new generation of rear add-ons (addonight/Warden Adder/WG760 etc) would work quite well because they have digital magnification.
If the camera in the add-on can get a decently sharp image of what's coming out of the back of the scope, then the add-ons digital magnification will make that larger - typically by up to 3.5 times the original scope magnification

Cheers

Well an add-on would be focused at the range your scope is focused which is usually 100yds, so probably usable +/- 20yds
