I have the Hawke 4-16 x50 niteye. works well for me. 220 yds no problem with home build + T20 with doubler. ir usefull, when you turn it to minimum setting. Never move POI, and ive knocked it about in the car. + my NV is jubilee clipped to eye piece. still not moved poi.

at 50 yds, have to turn T20 to minimum and widen the beam. To bright, so should be fine for an airgun. Ive had mine on a 22lr, 17hmr and .243 centrefire.

People slate the Hawkes, clarity has always been fine. I use mine down to dusk, and actually I can see rabbits through the scope and not with the naked eye. Bought mine from a shop (yes paid more), but lifetime warranty can slap it on the counter if it goes wrong.
