On the top picture, you can see the top right ribbon cable goes to the far left of the 3 black pads on the led screen light.

The next break down on the cable goes to the middle black pad on led
The 3rd break, goes to the far right.

The bottom one..the thick one (Ground?..does not matter) goes to all 3 of the bottom connectors on the led.

Looking at the 2nd picture down.. 6 nice little solder pads just waiting for someone to hook wires up.

3 wires to the top 3, and 1 wire to any of the bottom 3..

That's 4 wires on this end..

And very well maybe 4 test points on the other end where the cable plugs in the connector
You need a continuity tester to double ck them

OK GUYS , pre order now and get a cheaper price £60 plus P&P £3.90

Arival date is around the 10th jan

we will be stocking these in as long as people keep ordering

So beat the wait price and import tax and buy from us, knowing if you have a problem, we are here in the UK

this is the unit and its as the picture shows, wires are as follows

3.5v to 5v power supply , can be USB wired
For your camera:

The yellow for video and the black for power.

For our display:

Green is the power positive, white for the power supply negative,
Red and then the video of the positive, gold and video to the ground loop

For signal as below

Signal input:
Green:VCC
Red:CVBS
White:GND
Gold:Signal GND

I would also order from you but you did not had them at that time...

Could they get this wire combination?

Another question... Look at picture:
Image

Could we just bypass wire from AGN to GND? So AGN(gold as Splatty says) is video ground but ground is ground right? Or not?

If so than we have just one ground wire and less connecting issues...

As you can see in my case red is power, black is ground, white is video and we have naked wire loop(gold) as video ground.

Yes, tie em on the inside..or on the outside like in pic

in fact you may not need the AGND wire at all (dont know what it does)..easier to just not hook up or cut than solder

TEST IT FIRST

Thanks Mr. Newbie...

I stepped into eye relief modding:
Image

So game over here? No... Just new beginning.

Some smaller aspheric lenses I tried at home would work but I am not satisfied with screen size or eye relief after mod. This will need several lenses combination system in order to work not just single aspheric...

It really has yellowish sephia image if I compare it to much cooler VF-2C.

My thoughts so far... This is really high tech stuff with robust driver, robust ribbon cable, robust micro display which is protected with additional acrylic protective film.

Only minus is optics... But I am sure we'll manage to crack that out somehow Image
