Evening Gents.Does Anyone have experience of the above proposed combination.Zeroed scope on rifle now but I seem to recall that the action top is not tapped for a rail unlike a Tikka.Any help would be appreciated.Richard.

Hi All and the best of the season to you.
Something that I have done and would recommend but not cheap.
I have an engineer friend that makes very good picatinny rails and I made a deal with him to put
rails on all but one of my firearms the actions done Sako SX action,CZ 455 actions,BSA international
target rifle,BSA Super ten air rifle and a Mauser action, this was not cheap but the best thing I ever
done because I swop scopes and night vision around so easily and with digital I have recorded all the
settings so that makes it very quick and easy and so much more fun.
He has said some actions are harder to do getting the bottom of the rail to match the rifle and some
actions the steel is very hard to drill and tap but most action can have a rail fitted and if I buy
another rifle it will have a rail as well to match all my scope mounts. Even more fun.

Cheers
