The simple option is avoid anything related to FLIR in the UK, but it won't bother them as there a huge global player, this division of Flir is peanuts compared to the industrial and Military side of things.

Big thanks to Carl from me for all that he has done.

A nail in the coffin to a great product. It will be a while before bettered. I'm sure someone will come up with some less good and probably cheaper product, but we liked how good it was.
We have lost that middle ground option between pretty good digi and pretty good thermal. Neither give the raw "see it" clarity the DP gave. So its a real loss.

I contacted sure24 about the drone pro and asked about the screen, they said it was only available with the lesser screen. And if the AMOLED became an available option they would contact me to see if I still wished to purchase the unit.

Just had an email from Stu at Sure24 stating that FLIR have stopped the supply of the Dronepro at their end and no longer coming to the UK

I don't think so - it's still the best digital NV scope and the fact that they are not available new anymore, and that there's nothing to replace them, will make them more wanted than ever - I fancy the price of used Drones may well become higher than when they were new.
As an example from the world of rifles, an original Sako finfire 22LR with the P94 action in good condition will almost certainly cost the same or more than they did when new.

I’ve seen a few drones come on the market since the last new ones were available being the best digi there is is it worth the risk buying second hand . I read that there maybe someone in Germany or Poland who will repair service them under warranty but will this be available to second hand units
