Ward 800L

Hi all I have a ward 800l with a nm800 ruby pill I'm using a delta titanium scope is there a way to avoid the white out that appears when zooming in

Consider using less light by turning the IR power level down and aiming the tight beam higher into the distance so it doesnt swamp the foreground. :idea:

Hi Robin.
Go to the illumination section, diy illumination "stickies" post here, topics, passing on some tips by Marky 610, this will explain how best to set the illumination up for all add on systems.

If your only getting the "white out on higher mag, then that is an indication it is stray light spill---------unlees your running the illumination on a wide -ish spread, you shouldnt really be having this problem with the Wardy, as its very forgiving with excess illumination, nearly always use my wardy 700 with full power T74 bs2 even with 40 yd rabbits usually without a problem.

robin, how did you get on fitting your 800l to the delta scope ?
did you need to use any of the rings ?

sorry for delay I just used insulation tape and it fitted brill

I've headed in that direction too, the wardy is about 1mm to large with the clamp centered and the supplied rings are to thick...
