I recently bought a Ward 800L and unfortunately dropped it on the road. This damaged the brightness control knob and the on/off switch. I messaged Clive and he said just send it down and we will sort it for you. This he did within two shakes of a lamb's tail and there was no charge! So pleased I bought a device with this kind of customer service.
its nice to have the security of the after sales imho, my 800 had a fleck in the screen , emailed clive and sent it back and returned toot sweet free of charge. Ill be honest and when i first ordered it it took an age and communication wasn't great but everybody told me to stick in , i am glad i did and its a great bit of kit with a a very good after service
