Anyone used a rangefinder from custom rifle scope with a drone.

Yep, used it on the right hand rail but had to remove the rubber boot to see the readout.

If your going to be using it on a centre fire rile and you havent got the "Kevgun" front lens support you are likely to run into zero shift problems, ie torch on top rangefinder on side :problem:

Doesn’t it need to be on top so show the level ? Numbers correct way up. Just order one to go on 22 lr but on a normal scope what’s the set up for getting it in line with your cross hairs

No I used it horizontal, still works fine.

No Sorry I sold my Dronepro when Carl packed in. Just mount it horizontal on the right hand rail, you can shim with tape between the rail on the rangefinder and the plate that fits to the DP weaver rail to bring the laser splash near to the ret centre.

Tolley, yes don't have any concerns about Buying one, the one i have from Customriflescopes on here works excellent, it sometimes struggles when its a misty evening over 350 yards but for our use it's great. i used mine only last Night to good effect one@ 260 and another@ 230 yards

I went for the 308 rated one, there is a 90 deg bracket kit availible now so you can fit it to the side of the Drone and see the figures the right way up, but i used to use mine on it's side and it was still accurate.

You want this one

Plus this http://www.customriflescopes.com/shop.h ... y=13698432

For the Money its a top bit of Kit and when checking it against my Bushnell Conx 1 Mile elite which was £600 out to 500 yard theres never more than a yard either way.

HTH
