Looks like it's going to be the same for you guys as it has for all of us up in Scotland since April 2016.
The only way for this to be stopped is for someone who is refused the grant or a renewal of an FAC or SGC purely on the grounds of the police NOT having a response to the initial GP letter to appeal so that a court of law can determine whether or not the police are exceeding their powers.
No one is Scotland has yet had the ba**s or the support from any of the shooting organisations to appeal

Kent police have today issues RFDs with two flow charts that detail the new medical process I have put them on my web site
Google Folkestone engineering supplies to view them.
