Hi All,

Foxing last night with the Ward D Vision 800L and Ruby BR20 on the .223

Five foxes down and none of them could care less about the IR. One of them steaming in and shot at about 50 yards!

Even watched one come in from 500 yards before dropping it at around 200, next to his mate who also had an early bedtime.

The Ruby / 800 combo works extremely well. 8-)

I'll put the video up later.

Cheers

Clive,

How much usable range and "sharp" distance do you have with Ruby T20 and W800 on scope basic magnification(lets say 6x) ?

I need that data to compare with my diy near eye build.

Thanks.

Oh I just saw you'll put video later so you don't have to bother answering this

I have to say that the Ruby Sunranger with my Archer (with upgraded tube) is fantastic! In terms of power/distance there really isn't enough between it and the Dragonfly to entertain using the laser.
No blemishes in the image and the ability to use it on one of three power modes for close up ratting one minute to foxing the next makes it a winner for me.
Very happy customer, thanks again Clive

It’s a litton tube and was done prior to me owning it by Curlew on here whom I purchased it from.
According to a friend that viewed the image of the view on a test grid that Curlew provided me it actually rates slightly higher than the XR5.
I’ve had a few Archers now in grades A, B and D and I would say this is cleaner and definitely brighter.
