Drone Pro

Post by Carl Moore » 21 Mar 2016, 15:34

Dear Ladies and gentlemen,

Thank you for your continued interest in our products.
The Drone Pro10X was actually in stock on the 18th March (as per the advisory date on the page) but sold out in a very short space of time.
Our stock system was set to automatically update at 07.30 am on 18th March. (A quantity of 48 Drone Pro 10X had been received on the 16th. ) The 48 were sold by 09.42 am, in a little over one hour, at which point the unit was shown as "out of stock ".
As you are no doubt aware, 17th March is a UK bank holiday in Northern Ireland, and so we were closed 17th and 18th March.
The factory has promised to step up production to clear the amount of units that we have ordered from them, but nor received - when we know the definite arrival date, it will be posted on the top right hand corner of the Drone Pro10X page.
We hope to soon return to our standard position with the Drone Pro10X as soon as possible - where units are constantly in stock (this was the position from May until December last year).

Regarding the Drone Pro 15X, when this becomes available, notification of availability and the opportunity to buy one will be offered to our newsletter list first - so if you have not added yourself to our email newsletter list, you can do so here - http://www.nightvisiongear.co.uk/newsletter.php

Thank you for your patience.

Yeah I read it yesterday, like I say I was wondering wether any were up as when I looked it said sold out again. Your 1 st post explains it perfectly, I have no phone reception in the middle of no where when checking traps etc so the earliest I could look to order was lunchtime. I guess next time I'll have to sit with iPad in hand watching your website.
Thanks bob
