Nothing more than we've come to expect from Carl and his crew.

Always rated highly for their great service and aftersales support.

I recently phoned Carl to discuss the Drone Pro, there was no heavy sales pitch, no BS.

I purchased a unit and it was posted next day.

It's a shame UPS aren't as well run. My package went from Dublin - Tamworth - Preston - Glasgow - Dundee - Glasgow - Cumbernauld!!

WTF?!

Thanks guys,

Your comments are greatly appreciated.
We work hard to try to keep everyone happy, and most of the time it goes unnoticed.
Sorry about the tortuous route that UPS took Alan (it actually started in Newry, then Belfast before Dublin :) ) but thats the only downside of you living in the highlands :)

Like I was saying on the phone, if its 3-5 days delivery it actually means 6-10.

The ONLY drawback to living in the Highlands, oh, and the midgies!

And a big thumbs up from me too...

Having bought Darren's Lawmate the other day I emailed Carl to see if there was a shorter, lighter version of the original 1.5m lead supplied in the box in February.

Next thing I know I've had a call from Carl to say there's one on it's way... arrived this morning.

Excellent, many thanks for that Carl, much appreciated.

Cheers
