Is Pulsar corporate aware of the brightness issue with the status bar?

Yeah....at least a couple of us have sent Pulsar one of their website contact forms......was using my Helion almost 8 hours last night and got home with a headache. The weather was damp and mizzly for 4 of those and definitely bad for thermals...trying to get a decent picture past the glare of the icons was almost impossible.

Think I’ll send Thomas Jacks an email too but the more users that complain direct to
Pulsar the more likely they are to do something about it

Cheers

8-) .....not ‘cos it’s sunny, ‘cos i’s got an headache. :problem:

A correct grip on the butt & cheekweld is imperative for accurate shooting.

I have sent a second email to Yukon/pulsar I have heard nothing from them so am not very hopeful this time either take your money and run and all that not so inspiring for their company, I have also sent Thomas jacks an email 2day lets hope we hear something positive from someone this is not a cheap unit near 2k of our hard earned so its simply not good enough surely a reply or acknowledgement of some kind from the manufacturer is not to much to ask.

Just been messaging Scott Country on the brightness issue. They said that there's been no problem?

Cactus have them on at £1849 at the moment.

Same issue with my 38F
My old XP50 display was blue, it caused no glare problems but this bright white display is very distracting

I had the Firmware update on my phone but have no idea what has been updated, is there any way to find out?

I loaded the new firmware unfortunately the display icons are just the same the red hot has changed and that's about all I can tell for this update we live in hope.
