Helion neck strap?

Postby Foxpig » 14 Nov 2017, 22:21

Does anyone know how the neck strap fits to a Helion ?
I've just ordered a pulsar neck strap and from the pictures it shows 2 screw in studds that go into the tripod thread. However a check over the unit I only see one threaded female tripod part ?. Any ideas ?
Cheers

The older XD series has a tripod thread on either side of the body, seems daft to have done away with one, particularly when they sell the neck strap that requires two! :wtf:

Also, I use these for securing lanyards/neck straps to anything with a photographic/tripod mounting point...

I know its not very helpful as you've bought the dedicated Pulsar one, but just for info :)

Yes you just remove one eye let, and thread the two ends of the carrying strap through the one eye let, screw the eye let into the body, job done.

Ah right . Nice one . I was hoping it would be self explanatory when the strap arrived. Thanks for all your help
