Trail weight question

Post by spiralviral » 21 Feb 2018, 20:10

Hi guys, can anyone confirm the all up weight of the Trail xq50, inc battery and mount? I read on the spec sheet that it weighs 560grammes, which sounds like it might be the weight of the unit without the battery and without the mount, a review in Sporting Rifle magazine gave it at about 2 pounds (900grammes), which is obviously different!

If anyone has one off the rifle and can weigh it, I'd be very grateful to know, thanks

Many thanks for this AnthonyR, just what I needed! The trail weight is given as 560grammes, which should be about right I suppose? That's for a Trail xq50.

Steve,
There's no reason to think think the XP would be any heavier than the XQ - the only difference is the sensor and they only weigh a few grammes.

The Trail is on a bigger chassis to the Helion so will be heavier.
