DIY Thermal Clip On

Postby hardi » 19 Nov 2017, 21:17

Hello all,

There are a lot of very good digital night vision solutions in this forum. Very nice!
But does anyone tried to build an thermal clip on? I mean such as the Pulsar Core or some Armsights version?

If there is already a discussion about that, please let me know!

Thanks a lot
Regards

If there is a thread about it

Been there and done it - spotters and thermal scopes.
Forget thermal and digital NV front add-ons, the display resolution is too low to allow the use of much scope magnification.

You'll find it very hard to build a decent DIY thermal for less than equivalent performance commercial equipment
