Black Sun Ruby is coming...

Post by cliveward » 07 Nov 2017, 19:05

Hi All,

Black Sun Ruby is coming and it's very interesting indeed.

We're still finishing a few bits and bobs off but to give you an idea what it can do:

Behind a 38mm Aspheric, genuine 400 yard shootable range with a Ward D Vision 800L on an MTC Mamba at 14x system magnification. 8-)

Cheers

Close but no cigar. Don't guess too hard, at least make my competition actually have to buy one to have a go at copying.

Field testing done and a bit of foxy action for you:

In use the image on the WDV is far better than the recorded footage.

Clarity and contrast is excellent and range just isn't an issue even in the T20 I was using. It seriously gets out there for it's size. I could just detect field features and would have seen eye shine out to 900 yards last night which was the furthest known distance we could see.
