Who rightfully owns a trophy head,

Stalker who as written permission from landowner invites a US averagely experienced stalker Roe stalking, the invited US guest shoots and heavily wounds a platinum trophy buck, experienced stalker/guide needed to kills platinum trophy buck as it trying to get away with a well placed shot.
