Armasight Drone Pro x5-x10 Model For Sale

Armasight Drone Pro x5-x10 Model For Sale

This is the original model with the removable doubler, so either x5 mag or x10 with the doubler lens fitted.

Excellent condition, some wear of the anodizing on the accessory rails where I have taken stuff on and off so it would fit in the cabinet, otherwise top notch. Lenses are immaculate.

Boxed and with soft case

Instructions

Remote control and video/power lead both never used.

Includes the original T20 illuminator which has been upgraded to an AS pill with zeroable mount.

13650 battery for the illuminator and charger

This is a really excellent scope and I am only selling as I have another Drone Pro and I have a thermal scope incoming as well.

£1000 posted RMSD or £975 collected with cash from SE Essex. Pay by bank transfer or by Paypal if you include the fees.

Also advertised elsewhere.

Is there any POI shift when adding and removing the doubler?
Also can the doubler be added and removed while the scope is fitted?

Cheers BS

The doubler can easily be removed when the scope is mounted.

To be honest I have only ever used it with the doubler fitted but I would imagine that there would be a POI shift with the doubler as it is front mounted, however I would also imagine that you can take note of the cross-hair co-ordinates (the scope displays these when you press the center button) and alter these when necessary. The doubler would need to be put back in exactly the same place for this to work.

Hi. Looking to get my first NV scope. Thinking of going the photon route, is the drone worth twice the price? To go on a .17hmr, mainly rabbits. Thanks.

Sorry but I have never used a Photon so I can't really help there.

All I can say it the Drone is the best digital scope I have ever used bar none and will do all you need and more.

Thanks for that, everything you said makes sense.
I'm currently using a ward 700 but thinking about upgrading it to the 800 but on the other hand considering selling it and going to a dedicated NV scope....... decisions, decisions...... decisions

Sorry one more question, have you tried removing the scope and refitting it to see if it retains zero? In a perfect world it would be great to swap between a day scope and a NV scope without the need to keep checking zero in them.

If this helps

I have exactly same set up

I remove scope wholly from rifle when putting in cabinet and refit to the same slots on pictinnay rail and I hold zero ....I have a normal scope in QR rings so I have both .

You can take a not of the X & Y coordinates when zeroed with doubler and without and in theory should be able to swap back n forth ....would be worth doing is on paper and putting theory to test .

These are the best to date dedicated digital NV scope going and is way better than a photon .
Plus Carl Moore & his customer service is very good
