as the two spotters are almost the same price which is best

The Lite 23V is £1199, the lite 30V is £1299 and the Helion XQ19F is £1499, so I would't say that they're almost the same price.
The Helion has a better lens than the lites, but less magnification, a wider field of view plus wifi and on board recording.
You really need to look through them all before deciding if the poorer quality image of the lites is enough to make you spend more money on the Helion.
Personally, I'd keep saving until I had the money to buy an XQ38F - they can be had new for less than £1900

Yes the Helion XQ19F model has now been discontinued hence you may find them cheap it has been superseded by the Helion XQ28F model.
