ADDONIGHT

Post by DaveC » 08 Jul 2018, 11:52

Have been looking about and add on units and been looking at these ADDONIGHT sold by

http://www.customriflescopes.com/shop.h ... y=15737046

What I can't find are any reviews on them, nothing.... I found one youtube clip of a recording through one,

Has anyone on here tried / got one or seen any reviews ?

Thanks

Dave

Well, now looking they look identical and have the same spec, just quite a bit cheaper.

Splatty (Shane) the owner of CustomRiflescopes is a member on this forum.
He is a very knowledgable guy who has designed loads of very innovative NV gear (look at some of the build kits on his website)
He makes an interesting comment (in red text) at the bottom the ADDONIGHT page which I have no reason to disbelieve http://www.customriflescopes.com/shop.h ... y=15737046.
On the other hand, one of our forum sponsors is Nightvision Store (ad at the top of the page) who claims that the Warden Adder Scopecam is a registered design and warning people to be aware of imitations.
What looks like the same product as being sold by both the above companies is also available on AliExpress (and other Chinese websites) as the WildGame WG760 https://www.aliexpress.com/item/WILDGAM ... 22326.html.
Whether you buy from Custom Riflescopes or Night Vision Store you will have 14 days in which to return the item for a full refund (assuming it's not damaged) and also a warranty from both sellers.

Cheers

DaveC at Maidstone kent you are only a few miles from two of the suppliers mentioned you can visit both and compare.
Personally I would go to Clive at Ashford and I am sure he will let you try one and his customer care is brilliant he fixed a ir pill for me whilst I waited even if my talking was making his hand shake with a soldering iron it it.

Well Bruce, i finally bought myWG760 off Ashley at CRS as i have dealt with him before,
i got my WG760 at special intro price of £344-00 the current price is about £375-00
Clive has certainly improved his service over the last year or two , but its the prices thats win ,these
days of austerity .

I also bought an Addonight from CRS and am well pleased with it.
I have not tried Clive's Warden adder so i can't make any sort of comparison between his and one sold by CRS.
However, thinking back to where we were with NV add-ons 3 or 4 years ago, the performance and features on the Addonight is astonishing for the price.

Cheers
