Don't know what DOS stands for, but it's the adaptor that fits the pulsar challenger onto the back of a day scope, Uttings list it as a Day Scope Adaptor.

Anyone have a scope mount for a Pulsar Challenger 1x20 laying around gathering dust? i am in the market for one, does't need to have the shims with it, just the mount in good condition.
