I'm not saying sellers (or any entrepreneurs) should always suck it up and please a customer no matter what. But trying to turn unusable web shop into a phone call is a tall order these days. Takes loyal repeat customers to do it.

Using rear add-on you first magnify the picture and then look at it through camera & near-eye display. You need lots of IR since the scope has a lot of lenses that block it. On that point, remember that this is a digital rilfescope where the position of the reticle on the screen will almost certainly have to be moved away from the centre of the screen to get the scope zeroed. Not sure about the newer Pulsars but just tried N870 LRF and the reticle is centered even when...

Since there's nothing about special zeroing distances and compensation in N455 manual I assume it's done like regular scope. From your description I'd say it's user error especially if N455 is mounted high over the bore line. 25m zero intersects the line of sight second time at 200-300m depending on...
