Re: Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
I see in BASC mag, Beds/Cambs/Herts have declared a critical incidence on licensing! Seems things are going from bad to worse.

Re: Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
Bit of an update.
I've now been issued a section 7 licnce for my rifles and shotguns, the wording of which appears to not allow the purchase of ammunition, fortunately I reasonably well stocked up. So I would advise to make sure you are are also stocked up prior to your licnce running out.

Re: Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
My certificate hasn't yet expired, but I've already received a 2 month extension, must remember to print it off in case of problems.

Re: Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
After waiting for Doc's cert I made my application online 18 weeks before renewal time, so will have to see how it goes, I did receive a letter whilst waiting for Doc's cert IIRC it said if the application was made by a certain date (16 weeks before expiry?) then a temporary cert would be issued if ...

Re: Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
Did you get a price for the Doctor’s certificate? Mine is pending and £85 + £86 for renewal Sorry didn't see your post. Yes got my Doc's cert £60, and the fee for my coterminous renewal is £65. I see Gloucestershire has suspended taking on any more grants, and those in the system are expected to ta...

The same place as I was when on AGBBS, 6 chains from the graveyard.
AFAIK many areas have a similar problem, a quick check online and D&C say 12 months!

Check your FAC/SGC renewal wait times!
My last renewal was just before medical checks became mandatory, knowing my certs are up for renewal next year I thought I would check on if my doctor would sign off the forms and the time scale, whilst I was at it checked the wait time for local police, they are asking for 20 to 24 weeks to process...

Problems getting onto forum
The last few days I've not been able to get on here from laptop, clicking onto my usual bookmark on laptop and instead of going to 'forum index' it keeps wanting to download a file. Tonight I've deleted bookmark and typed in address, which as you can see worked.
Any ideas?

Re: Forum display on phone!
Ok got it, as this posting shows ( I'm up my high seat hide waiting for the buns to come back out) the 'box' which came up was much wider than screen, scrolled across and found continue button. Cheers
