Just a thought, can you remember which tube is in there? Wouldn't mind putting it in a PVS-14 housing if it's compatable.

That's great to know, I'm fairly conviniced it's the orignal tube as it's performance is outstanding and holds it's own compared to my new THE14 tube. I only bought it as a curiosity and I don't really have a use for it, but it's still very nice to own.

Scope bargin find!
Hi all, thought I'd share this with you. Bought this scope on fleabay as 'unknown vintage scope' for not a lot of cash just out of pure curiosity. When it arrived I noticed that it powered up as soon as the battery was in, with the IR illuminator on as well. So screwdrivers out and disassembly time....
