They do sell a specific product for this at the electrical whole salers, its for filling in external connection boxes, cant remember the name though. Cheers, yeah i was expecting to buy something specifically for it but if i can use something ive already got i'm all for that. Sikaflex is good stuff...

You can use sikaflex? I thought it was gonna be some special fancy pants compound. I've got sikaflex in stock for various jobs. Brilliant I'll be using it next week anyway Won't be needing to get to the board again. Assuming nothing overheats for being cast in rubber it will be fit and forget Cheers...

Cheers Bruce I might get some of that anyway. However, the vibrations on a single cylinder 650cc dirt bike are white finger inducingly mighty :lol:
So if I can get away with setting the whole thing in a block of potting compound that will be ideal

I'll keep an eye out for acid contents too cheers

So I'm building a new led headlight for one of my motorbikes and an aspheric lens set up I've bought as part of it came with a big old box containing the driver and stuff. As usual with Chinese stuff a generally decent thing gets let down by a small part. This box is really crap not in the least bit...

That will take some shifting

Can't remember what the photon is made from on the front end but may need some sort of solvent?

Or just tell the chap it comes with a free doubled adaptor and make for a quick sale if he moves it on
