I am need to NV and I have learn a lot from you here. (sorry english is not my mother tong but I'll try my best)

Iam going to take some equipements soon so you will certainly see me asking a lot (but I will use the search function before)

My first purchase was a T67 black sun II.

waiting to get a photon to give a try to NV shooting

I have a centerfire (.308) with a Schmidt & bender 10x42 (no prallax, fixed parallax to 300m) and a rimdire (.22lr) with a leupold 2-7x28 (no parallax, fixed to 50m)

My first regret is that if I want an add on or a clipon numeric thing I need paralax equiped scopes. is that a must have realy ?

I would prefer to use a clip on but dont want to change my scopes to parallax ones.

Hello szk.
Unfortunately you've picked the quiet season (over here at least) to make your first post, hence the lack of replies, it's nothing personal, just the quiet season, light nights etc.
I had heard of New Caledonia but knew nothing about it, so did a search and must admit that I'm impressed, what a lovely looking place.
Stick around and do plenty of reading, questions are always appreciated but more likely to get answered when night shooting really kicks off again over here, later in the year.
As for your scopes, parallax adjustment isn't essential but is preferable, you can get away without it on some scopes at some ranges and unfortunately there's only one way you're going to find out if yours will work to suit your requirements and that's to try them.
You'll usually find that the magnification ring can have an effect on focus, winding up the magnification will increase the focal distance, I've done it on a fixed focus scope, not ideal but it can work.

we are inverted seasons, here in the south pacific days are shorter at the moment

I'll ask Clive, he was a very good help when I ordered the Black sun IR, I will go back to him for a ward to ask if it is ok on non paralax scopes.

PS: my wife's car got the visit of a rat last night, I need to take the solder iron this evening to repair the mess done in the electrical wiring in the engine bay.... and after that I'll will be camping to snipe him !!! so I need good stuff to be prepared lol
