me i got banned by jackie a new mod on the bbs who knows as much about nv as i could write on me finger nail but still let's hope we can cut the crap and keep the facts..and help you guys to make the right decision before spending your hard earned cash

I still say there's some hidden politics to the bbs, if it interested me enough I'd give it some thought

It's certainly a most peculiar site with regard to banning, when you speak to folk some have been banned for the most trivial of things. Still, it's their site so it's up to them, I'll not lose any sleep over it

I've been banned for life twice on there but back on again with a different user name I have a twisted sense of humour that some folk take offence to and once the hyenas get stuck in yer out. I don't get involved in heated threads anymore and I've not been banned for quite a time, but I don't go on there a lot anyway.

its not the forum it once was thats for sure. i popped on today to check

out the NV section, and there was only 11 users on line. there was a time when you would of had

a half a page of users online. bans like sirslotsalots didn't help, fancy banning someone for shooting

balloons. hard to believe that someone actually complained about it as being offensive.

Very true.
Unfortunately some peoples ego's work on such low pressure that they're easily inflated, if they happen to press the big red button on someone, it will only serve to inflate their self esteem even more.
If they don't have access to that red button they normally burst in time anyway through pumping to hard.

i must say several years ago i had a problem with a gunshop & bbs members plus rapid7 members all rallied around me & stood up for me to get things solved ,i respect them for that , then i put a post up the other week yet some idiots slagged me off some keyboard warriors writeing in capitols about me ,i was so angry i gave them a piece of my mind determined to get banned & low & believe not a word said im still there ,but to be honest its the same old names slagging all & sundry off ,they are on 24/7 so probably never even hunt or shoot , i wont give them the pleasure of me posting anymore , so the stale old members still control the site

Inferiority complexes, little willys and all that. You really have to feel sorry for some who rule the roost on there, they must lead a very peculiar life if the high point of their evening is banning someone.
