Greed thats all it is.

I'm looking forward to shaking NH's hand at Stoneleigh tomorrow and sticking up two fingers to NS
Yes, may not be a fan of nite hunter but 10 points for not buckling, he appears to have stuck it up them

As i understand, the NS patent will be revoked. 50% of ALL patents challenged in court are revoked. patents appliedfor/granted in 1991 will mean NS patent isnt worth the paper its writen on. When did the AS pro come out?? long before the NS50. took me 2 seconds to find out that patent was worth nothing.
Well done NH.

I wonder if NS can claim funds back from the agent they used, it's not cheap to patent something so could be a substantial loss

Its down to NS to do the research, you cant patent something that's already been patented

If you think you have a new invention then firstly its in your own interest to see if there is/has been anything similar brought to market/patented. If you cant find anything then yes instruct an agent to do it on your behalf. Did NS do this?? if they did then i'd be claiming a full refund from said agent.
The flood gates will open on this, If NH has any scence he'll be applying for a revoke of their patent. He already has the evidence, its just a formality IMO.
