Re: Forum screen size
Hi all
I have spoken to John (sirhank) he says its very unlikely it is anything to do with the statistics box as it was made the correct width and height for the space, also the program we use is designed for universal width and not variable
He suggests checking your displays on your laptops etc to make sure you are using the correct display settings,he is going to investigate further but for now i hope this helps some of you.

My monitor is also set for 1280 x 1024 but I still have to scroll to see the full screen. My monitor is the old 4:3 format and wondered if the people using wide screen monitors - 16:9 format were having the same problems.

Could this be anything to do with the monitor format.
I'm using a 4:3 (non widescreen ) monitor set to 1280 x 1024 but still have to scroll to the full contents of a page.

Re: Forum screen size
It can't be a monitor problem as it's as it's always been, the monitor has not altered. It suddenly happened a few days ago after we had a spate of large pics (if I remember correctly)
If I alter the monitor to try and get it all on then the text becomes so small it's unreadable

Re: Forum screen size
I have wide screen at home and old 4:3 at work, both work fine.
Land Rovers, who would be daft enough to own one?

Opening links in a new window?
I don't have a problem with screen widths on my Mac and Nexus 7's but whilst we're on the subject... am I missing a setting to open links in a new window?
It does this ok on other forums I'm on but not on here... and sometimes I get lost!

ps Could we have a sunrise and sunset times box up in the banner as per the moonphases one - very useful that.
