this is the email i got yesterday..

Ward-D-Vision is almost here
This is your invitation to pre-order.
Thanks for the interest in Ward-D-Vision. We're almost there now. As a member of our mailing list we would like to offer you the opportunity of being the first to order and receive the new Ward-D-Vision digital night vision add on.

With this offer we will hold the original projected price from last year of £600 including VAT. Also as a member of the list you will receive a free 12V vehicle power / charge lead with your kit.

There is a catch. We need your help. When you pre-order can you please let us know the exact model of your scope and the diameter of your scopes eyepiece housing. Ignore the fast focus adjuster, Ward-D-Vision will fit over that and clamp just behind it onto the scopes eyepiece. This is best measured with a caliper. Then with your order you will be supplied with an exact size bushing to fit to your scope.

We don't want any money from you 'yet'. We just need you to click the following link to send us an e-mail with your details:

Pre-order Ward-D-Vision now!

We expect manufacture to start this week. We will keep you all updated with our progress.You are receiving this email because you subscribed to our list on our website

Of course it's going to have bushing rings :lol:

We just want to know what 'exact' sizes customers need so they don't have to do the usual faff with electricians tape. For the sake of a few quid we might as well make the things fit properly.

Cheers

Hi Jock,

No problem. We're compiling a list of sizes and then we will see what set of bushings we can do that will cover most popular scopes used with this kit. For the oddballs we can make individual bushings.

Cheers

Clive,
I'm feeling left out... I got the first email from the mailing list telling me it was coming... but nothing since :cry:

But, if you're compiling a list of eyepiece diameters....

Swarovski AV 4-16x50 1" tube is 39.75mm;
Swarovski PV 3-12x50 30mm tube is 42.05mm;
Zeiss Diavari 6-24x56 (x50, x72) 30mm tube. The eyepiece is shaped, 42mm rising to 45 over 30mm;
Schmidt & Bender PM2 (Phtooeey! Not a fan.) 34mm tube is 42.50mm

cheers

Yeah, they're ok... with the Hubble 72 I don't need NV under a good moon!
It's the b. S&B I wouldn't give mount room to!! :lol: (Anybody wanna buy it?)

Does that mean you've found something better George?

I quite fancy a Kahles K624i... but then I quite fancy a lot of things that I can't have :eh: And I'm just spending some hard-earned on a 20Prac in a Sako A1 action and stock.... which is why I'm selling the CZ17 and the Blaser 22-250 barrel (just pending payment on that as we speak :D )

Can't wait to get the expected little beauty up and running.
