I wonder if NS can claim funds back from the agent they used, it's not cheap to patent something so could be a substantial loss

Its down to NS to do the research, you cant patent something that's already been patented

i think they must off known .NS unit look's very similar to unit's that were out years back they were lots off similar units at the nv meets i think they thought no one would challenge the patent..costly mistake..we'll done to NH at least now we have a level playin field
