N550 but I much prefer Chris's Mars.

It would've actually allowed you to hit something if some pratt had mounted it in the right picatinny slots to start with :shh:
No names mentioned
Ah, didn't think I was that crap a shot

Great scope and thanks again for the demo.

There's some proper clever stuff out there now  Never ceases to amaze me :o  The wonders of modern science.

If it's then camo on the inside, and I paint my torso green, will I have difficulty finding myself when I unzip the jacket?

Aah ! You've actually phrased your question incorrectly Jock.
Everybody, well nearly everybody, knows that the "Breathable reversible Deerhunter Ram jacket" is actually a living creature and the question should ask as to which END breaths and which END is waterproof.
The best way to check is to partially submerge it (preferable in green stagnant canal water) one end at a time and look for signs of leakage due to it being the non waterfroof end or bubbles emanating from the breathing end.
This test is of course best performed whilst wearing the jacket, having the pockets full of bricks may help to ensure there are no false results caused by sideways floating in which case it may well be able to leak and breath at the same time, therefore inconclusive.
I hope this is of some assistance to you in understanding what some may wrongly regard as a simple jacket.
Please feel free to report back after testing is complete.

right then, list of things needed to proceed with said experiment..........................

1. find suitable green, stagnant, foul smelling puddle or ditch............ ( no canals close buy)

2. fill pockets of test jacket with bricks........................ (suppose rocks could be substituted for bricks)

3. determine which way round to wear said jacket............(inside out, back to front or whatever)

4. find suitably dim friend to wear said jacket for experiment.........(got a few mates, whom when plied with copious amounts of cider will agree)

5. remember camcorder to film said experiment, and post findings on youtube

think that about covers it

Dont forget john you will need a method statement and risk assesment in triplicate though if this is to be a serious scientific experiment , and it goes without saying a high vis will have to be worn over the subject jacket
