Thing is that this has never happened with Manafont before. It's usually 10-14 days for their stuff.

Following a BLF thread for a BangGood group buy on 18650s, it appears they are getting around HK Post by loading a cargo plane with orders then delivering them to another country to post. This explains my T20s going via Nord Post and would account for some of the delays with FastTech for example, who have been giving Singapore post tracking numbers.

BTW, the coupon code is still good, so I placed an order for some Panasonics. In a spirit of inquiry of course. Will let you know if they get through. price is good by OZ standards, 1/2 our EBay Torchy type and 1/4 bricks and mortar prices.

Some news for my order from 24th August... the tracking number started to work! Apparently it left the Chinese customs on the 23 October. Aliexpress has not refunded me any money yet. still waiting to hear from them.

Kaidomain delivered my Crelant head today. Ordered 16/10, delivered 29/10. Good condition, appears to be OEM.

My first back order from DX arrived. Shipped 10/10. Delivered 29/10. Wrong product. Ordered Australian spec chargers. Received US plug type. Should have checked the confirmed order as they back ordered them to start. The website no longer shows an Australian / EU plug option, just the US style. Now I need to find a US plug to AU plug adaptor.

Nothing from Manafont, Fasttech or Wallbuys.

Received my Small Sun Snide Light today from Wallbuys. 14 days turn around.
Still nothing from FastTech, DX still back ordered after two weeks, no communication from Manafont re back ordered items.

So at the moment for speed of service:
Kaidomain
CNSRATE
Wallbuys
LED Supermall
.
DX
.
.

Manafont
.
.
.
.
FastTech

No opinion on BangGood. It's early days.

I am still waiting to get ma money back from Aliexpress.
THE BUYER HAS NOT MUCH PROTECTION it seems!
Very difficult to contact customer support, if not impossible. Their procedures cannot be challenged.
Everything is automated and I do nt see a direct email address that they would answer, or a phone number to contact to. Have to wait more days for the company to reply to Aliexpress,,, then, if it goes well, they will refund the money... Then, it would take another 10 days before it will reache my bank.

Well, it's now two months since my order was despatched.

Despite countless emails to them, I have had no correspondence since the 4th of October. I contact them every two days.

Does anyone happen to know if I can get some recourse via Paypal, as this is how the goods were paid for? £45 out of pocket

Thanks.
George
