Well, just checked with Paypal and the dispute has to be opened within 45 days of payment :x The customer services at Manafont did a very good job of pacifying me until this period of time had passed. Crafty bar stewards.

Looks like I've lost £45 to the feckers.

For me too. Always had goods in 10-14 days.

Unsure if it's the fact that it looks like they've changed ownership or that carry-on with their customs people.

What's making things worse is that they refuse to reply to my emails and also any communication via the website :x

Here is a solution I used when I didn't get something that was ordered and the time ran out during the dispute process.
Here in the US for better protection, all you have to do is have your credit card set up as the paypal payment method. Paypal dont like it, because they make you go thru a couple extra steps every time to pay somebody.
File a claim with the CC company for the disputed goods and they will start the chargeback process with the vendor, they have to reply in a certain amount of time and prove you never got what you ordered.
Worked for me a couple years ago months after I finally got fed up with no solution from ebay and then paypal.
Works here, depending on your CC laws, may not work over there.

I think that eBay is the safest way to shop from now on.

Exactly what they did to me.

All of this "please allow x weeks for the item to arrive, especially in light of the recent customs problem" simply bought them time until the Paypal resolution period expired. Feckers!!!!

George, ARS, Adam. Sorry to heat you got screwed. With the partial delivery of my order and no further news, my guess is they aren't 'reorganizing'. Most likely their suppliers have cut them off for non payment, they delivered what they had in their warehouse while they could and they are now running down the clock on the PayPal and CC dispute periods.

Received a torch from FastTech today. Ordered on the 16th, so reasonable turn around. Looks like the batteries I ordered earlier aren't going to make it through.
