Just a heads up. Aldi have cordless driveway alarms in stock at £12.99. I know some use them as bait station alarms to save the trouble of keeping watch. Going to try it myself as it sounds a good idea.

Looks good, do you recon something as small as a fox will set it off?

I shoot just about every fox long before it reaches the bait station. The bait is just to get them on the field, the odd one that gets to the bait tend to grab it and run.

Keep your eyes skinned.

I was thinking more along the lines of putting them near to pheasant pens in stead of putting radios on at night. Charlie eventually gets used to the radios or gets shot while he's listening to the music!
Thought that this might be random enough to drive them off.
Will try one set up with a camera and see what happens.

Haven't tried it yet, still in wrapping. it means I don't have to sit looking non stop, I'll have time to pour my coffee, eat a pasty, drink some coffee and open a chocolate bar or two, ............ all the important things

By rights I should be about 40 stone by now

Its very sensitive! Cat, dogs, every thing seems to be picked up. Will try blanking some of the sensor panels off and mounting it up higher tomorrow.

Well im impressed with these.
Iv mounted one on the chicken pen thats about 50-60 meters from the house and it works a treat, even though there is a row of 30ft conifires in the way.
Unlike most of these things that state a distance but wont send the signal through a single brick wall.
Going to get another one tomorrow to actually fit on my driveway
