Came across a link to Will Hayden of red Jacket guns today, I'd forgotten about him. Anyone know if he went down or did the judge just say "normal family life for the deep south"

Talk is kinda dead over here about it. It's not like RJ was looked up to, highly to begin with. They were just another face in the Kalasnikov conversion market. When the TV show hit, obviously popularity went up. A good number of the gun enthusiasts overhear, hate RJ and the show...as it made US gun owners look like a bunch of babbling, hilljack, low lives.

So it appears he hasn't been tried yet then ? Must admit to watching the show now and then just to see what botch jobs they came up with, and wondering why the forces would use a back street gun shop instead of a major manufacturer

It's still in the hearing stage. And, he's firing his lawyers...which buys him more time.

What's the general opinion over there, did he do it?

The opinion is they're all a bunch of low-lives.
Long before the rape charges and the show, they had plenty of Federal license issues which made them look beyond incompetent. The two counts of rape, and the count of chile cruelty, is just icing on the cake.

Oh, right. So it's not exactly a surprise he would stoop to this then ? Didn't realise they were bottom of the barrel as such, I think most over here assumed they were fine upstanding citizens.
