I'm from Kent too. I like to subtly goad the northerners by reminding them occasionally of the almost complete absence of rain, snow, consumption and rickets in this lovely part of the country. Winds them right up!

Also being so close to the port of Dover we get our pick of the very cream of car washing technicians.

Yes. Horrid northern weather occasionally making it's way down here. I wrote a strongly worded letter to the Times.
