I've finally realised that half the problem with gaining weight is how you read the scales. I've now lost loads of weight, instead of being over 13 st I'm now only 11st 56lbs

Weight is a problem though.
When I first moved house a few months ago I lost half a stone in 3 weeks, chuffed to bits I was, but its slowly creeping back.
Personally I blame the darker evenings.

You need to use my system, you can lose stones in seconds

I'm very sorry guys but as you all know we don't have many rules ok, but I'm just adding a new one to the very small list we do have.
