Hello! Upgraded to Nitesite Viper have a question

Afternoon everyone. So I've just upgraded from an ebay nv set up to a nitesite viper.. just wanted something a little more compact. It arrived today and I had been looking into nitesite for a while... One thing that interested me is being able to record the footage. Now it seems this model (Viper) doesn't have 2 av outs only the one (not like what I saw on Google images) is there a cheap way of recording, I'm assuming it's a 3.5mm headphone jack splitter...Is that right? I know of a video capture recorder the rc drone lot use so expect I'll get one of those. Here's my set up, and youl see the back of the camera box having one av out for the nitesite screen.
