Sorry there's an issue on checkout with some users. It will be resolved in the next couple of days. Apologies.

What device was it, an iPad ??

I’ve also given up trying with your website ordering service. Tried to buy my Axion key through you, gave up and bought through Scott Country - a breeze in comparison.

Well let’s be thankful you got sorted then . An email or phone call would have saved you money, but that’s passed now.

Same price listed...

I'm not saying sellers (or any entrepreneurs) should always suck it up and please a customer no matter what. But trying to turn unusable web shop into a phone call is a tall order these days. Takes loyal repeat customers to do it.

I've had a few customers using iPad or iPhones place orders and it would sometimes hang, until you refreshed the screen.

Its hopefully now resolved and shouldn't be an issue, some updates have been applied last night. Thanks for letting me know.
