Yes it seems very intermitent at the moment I promise you John is doing everything he can to sort it,I will keep you posted as we might have to close the forum at sometime to get to the root of the problem.Hopefully it will only be for an hour or so and probably early morning,I will put a post on this thread of time and day if we do need to.

Yes at last it seems ok fingers crossed it made it very difficult in the admin part of the forum that was running even slower than the main forum and was taking forever to do routine stuff.

I've visited maybe 4 times today (different time of day) and it's been quite OK for all of them. Maybe it has been a bit faster previously but nothing major.

Hopefully it is now back to full speed and possibly a bit faster than before we had the problem,I might be a bit biased but it does seem smoother and a bit faster to me.

Something fishy happened in the last 6 hours or so. Compared to my visit in the morning (Finnish time), a thread I replied to is missing from General NV, some threads I read are marked with new posts even there is none and some posts have appeared timestamped last night but not visible in the morning.

Maybe something with database? Doesn't bother if it was one time thing but definitely should not happen frequently...
