Unreceived item from night vision store uk

Hi there ...were from Australia ....about a month and a half ago we ordered a Black sun IR led pill from Night vision store UK ..purchased online ...paid for with PayPal ...and we have not received our item ...tried several times to contact said seller by email with no reply ..finally we did get a reply which said they would look into it ...it's now been several days on with still no reply ...is this normally how night vision store do business with international clients ....I'm considering cancelling the order thru PayPal but was so looking forward to using the product ....if someone would help in regards to this matter would be greatly appreciated ...

Clive has not replied to my pm`s and worried for him (and countless others) that he may be under isolation from Covid-19.

He’s about and working. I had an email from him on Tuesday.
Have you tried sending him a PM on here? They tend to get his attention quickest

Yes tried that.
Hopefully he is just busy getting stuff out to customers after getting more stock in from China, rather than getting crocked from an unwanted Chinese import.

Yeah he's already reply ..but never replied after so called checking what's happened ...which is totally unprofessional ....truly schmuck worthy of you ask me !!!!

remmyhowa783, just add yourself to the long list of people who have had difficulties communicating with Clive Ward (AKA NightVision Store)
don't get het up, he will contact you and sort things out.
He sells good kit and it 's worth waiting for
As for sending him a pm, just find any post he has made, then click on the contact icon at the right side of the text window.
You'll then have the choice of sending him a pm or an email
Alternatively search for him in the list of members and you'll get the same contact options

Thanks guys ..finally got an email ..but full of excuses ....we shall see how long this good kit takes to get here now ...

Hopefully only a few days. The original one was sent to you in Australia in the post but didn't arrive. This replacment has been sent via courier (at around 3x the cost of the item ordered) to make sure you receive it.
